We start by understanding the target age group, hair and scalp needs, product format and market positioning. Together, we define the desired direction, such as gentle cleansing, easy detangling, moisturizing care, curl support, fragrance level and packaging style.
Based on your product goals, we develop the formula using suitable cleansing systems, conditioning ingredients, moisturizers, botanical extracts and other functional ingredients to balance cleansing performance with a comfortable hair and scalp feel.
We prepare prototypes for you to evaluate cleansing feel, foam, viscosity, fragrance, rinse-off, softness, detangling performance and overall user experience before confirming the final formula.
Typical Sampling: 7–10 DaysWe match the formula with suitable baby and kids packaging, including pump bottles, foaming pump bottles, flip-top bottles, spray bottles and tubes, while checking filling performance, leakage, stability and formula-packaging compatibility.
After confirming the treatment effect, texture, fragrance, packaging, artwork and product specifications, we finalize the formula and prepare the project for production.
Once the formula and packaging are approved, we move into bulk manufacturing, filling, packing and finished-product inspection to help maintain formula consistency and packaging quality throughout production.
