5 ways to get clear skin in a day

Whether you have an important interview tomorrow, prom, school photo day or you just need a fresh skin start, if you want to try and clear your skin in a day, some natural face masks and spot treatments may work for you.

Some people believe that clay masks can help to penetrate the skin and remove oil and bacteria. This can help to clear your skin quickly and make your face look fresher.

2.Try aloe vera gel.
A gel containing 50% aloe vera has been shown to make over-the-counter skin products more effective. It is recommended that you dab the gel on your acne and blemishes, let it sit for an hour and then wash it off.
 
3. Wash with an over-the-counter acne product
Over-the-counter remedies can be helpful when it comes to cleansing the skin. While they do not guarantee clean skin throughout the day, they are effective for many people who want to cleanse their skin.
Choose products that contain benzoyl peroxide as the active ingredient. You should also try products that contain sulphur, resorcinol or salicylic acid.
 
4. Cleanse your face with cucumber.
There are some studies that show cucumbers contain chemicals and vitamins that contribute to healthy skin. And some people believe this makes cucumber a quick-acting acne treatment. There are several ways you can use cucumbers to try and cleanse your skin quickly.
You can grind up some cucumber and apply it to the problem area. Let it sit for 20 minutes and then remove it.
You can slice the cucumber and place it in water. Let it soak for an hour to allow the nutrients to penetrate the water. Then, strain the solution. Wash your face with the water.
You can also make a mask. Grate the cucumber and mix it with a cup of oatmeal. Add some plain yoghurt until it forms a paste. Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 30 minutes, then wash off with warm water.
 
5. Eat a healthy diet.
Your diet may have an impact on your skin. In the long run, eat more fruit, vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Studies do show that a better diet can promote younger, healthier skin.
